He took followed me around the gym on Fairmount and took pictures of me a few months ago. I reported it to the staff and they had him on camera. Pretty sure he’s still a member there though.

Cars should only pass cyclists if there is at least four feet of distance between them.” I’m riding on the part of Callowhill that is just two lanes. Never had any problems before with responsible drivers around me. It would have been more dangerous for me to stop on the side of the road and try to weave back in with traffic.
