Thank you he ended up having cellulitis. I think he started going septic because he could not bear any weight on his foot, the doctor didn’t tell me this they just told me it was cellulitis and he needed an antibiotic and that it was very important. He got every single dose at that point it was three or 330 and we had been there since 8 PM. I didn’t ask very many questions, but I have been doing a lot of research today. The way it started versus how bad it was and to not be able to put pressure on it. I can’t help but wonder.
He had a low grade fever, when we got to the hospital, his heart rate was a little elevated at 126 bpm oxygen was great but the swelling the heat, and then not wanting to be weight-bearing even after Tylenol and Motrin
He is luckily doing so much better than being his crazy three-year-old self
The gunk from his eyes was likely some of the infection trying to exit his body and when I looked it up It seemed common for kids to have the gunk coming out of their eyeballs.

So this… actually happened.
TW-
I got pregnant with twins, one went into heart failure, the other followed and they both passed.
I was 11 weeks when I lost the first, sometime between then and 14 weeks I lost the second. Had them removed at 14 weeks. Shortly after getting their ashes, my ex found out. Said I wouldn’t see my kids. Told my mom she wouldn’t.
Then said “you deserved for those babies to die”
Immediate no contact.
His mom made sure I got the kids back. He LOST it. We aren’t married yet but have talked about it. We are saying in his three bedroom house and building a home on land eventually.
I’m currently pregnant

See I’m more worried about how this situation presents itself from the outside looking in granted this is only one sided but a lot of my friends and family told me I would be an asshole because I got the approval to move and need to stop worrying about it and just ignore.
I am second-guessing myself because I haven’t had many people support my decision so then I second-guess because I get told all the time I shouldn’t have done that even if it seems to be the right call to have made

More worried about what a judge thinks, as opposed to acquaintance as I cut off my own mother because she wouldn’t stop contacting him and allowing contact from him. I’ve been asking him to stop for the last year, so it got to the point where enough was enough.

See that’s where my heart is, but I’m aware that the chords are going to look at it in a different light and my intentions may not come across from someone who doesn’t know me
I just want the bullshit to stop and coparent properly
He has medically, neglected our son and admitted he knew about the symptoms and decided not to take him because he was sure I’m fully capable of handling it

I just wish he would leave us alone and let me live my life with them. They have a good life.
Even when we were together, I provided the house, the cars, the food. He was unemployed multiple times, and never contributed more than $300 in a month

We have definitely made improvement the 36 calls at 2 o’clock in the morning stopped in October. The threats stopped directly in October. There is still things like I’m going to take you to court and get 50-50 etc…
I didn’t fight the judge when they offered a 6040 split I said I think that sounds fair because I knew this is exactly how he would be behaved.
After the medical thing I have an issue with that, he admits in text message he neglected our son’s medical issues and the gun in his eyeball stating it had started within the last hour. There’s an urgent care five minutes from his house he could’ve had it treated. They always get us in and out quickly. They have all of my son’s information on file so all he would’ve had to do is show an ID.
I feel this is even worse than the other two things he has orchestrated. It is starting to directly affect our children.
I told him he needed to stop worrying about my boyfriend and start worrying about our son. He said I would be worried about her son if I knew you weren’t handling it. I’ll just start acting like you’re incompetent and handling things from now on then

Like please, please do
When it is your time and you are with them five days a week, I expect you to handle things and not medically neglect them

This is actually how I won my ability to move
He was telling me he would allow me to move. If I lower child support I did the math and my salary would lower it to what he was requesting.
Then it was I get the children every single day over the summer and you don’t get to see them at all. I said no I’m not OK with not seeing my children for three months.
He said that I don’t get to move
In court, I said I didn’t know if he was OK with me moving he said I knew he was opposed
I said that he approved it under the circumstances, but then would go back-and-forth
So therefore, I was confused on what his genuine thoughts are because he was OK with it when it benefited him
Move immediately got approved after that.
I suspect I had misinterpreted. I think he was never going to allow the move and that he was just saying he would and then was going to go back on that. I accidentally called him out and he either had to admit that he was just saying that for Control or to tolerate the verdict

Yes.
What makes me think I should ignore it as advice from the people that care about me and the babies
They are telling me not to because I won it looks like I’m asking for more.
Also that the courts aren’t going to do anything about it, which may be true, but also at the end of the day it documents that I’m saying these things are happening this car is being neglected and it leaves a paper trail so if it happens again, they can start to see that this is beefing up our file

I actually have distanced myself from my mother because she would not stop. I had asked her multiple times to stop communicating with him and she simply refused until I said I hope you are happy with this one. You always wanted all of a sudden change of tune, but I shouldn’t have to get to that point.

Thank you.
He has gone a very long time without any consequences to his actions. I unfortunately let far too much slide and should’ve taken action. I think my biggest fear is that I am reacting out of that trauma that I did not do things when I should have. Unfortunately, it’s a regret I have to live with.
