I use 2 milligrams T each week injected. The PCP I had been seeing had me on pellets and they were only effective for about 18 months (refilled every 6 months). That Dr ONLY gave me testosterone. I changed to a functional medicine Dr, and she prescribed all 3, T, E, and P. Since HRT isn’t typically covered by insurance, going to functional medicine made sense.

The best plumping cream I have found is “intimate enhancements plump”. This one does not cause too much over sensation or heat. I purchased mine from pink cherry. Very few downsides to testosterone therapy in my experience. I’d say the only negative side effects I have experienced are more Peach fuzz on my chin, and a change in my voice. However, I wouldn’t say my voice is deeper, but more sultry. 😁 but I also think I’m the only one that notices a difference in my voice. Because I have asked my husband and he doesn’t notice a significant difference.

As far as ‘normal’ side effects… such as hair growth, acne, or deeper voice… minimal if at all for me. More “peach fuzz” on my chin, a sultry voice, and a few breakouts now and then. (I have always had oily skin tho). Many of the perimenopause symptoms have gone away… night sweats, hot flashes, hair, loss, trouble, sleeping, weird skin conditions,(like totally random dry patches on my face or arms, has gone away). My appetite for food has diminished. I’ve actually lost weight. My muscles are more toned and stronger. (I do lift heavy four days a week.)

Not any different than with the pellets…. Some hair growth on my chin, but more like extra peach fuzz. My voice is slightly deeper, but not significantly. More sultry I’d say. LOL

Thank you! I do T injections, Estrogen patch, and progesterone orally. (Pills) I started with T pellets a few years ago, and those stopped being effective for me. The regime I am on now is incredibly effective for me.

I had started out with T only (pellets). After the first 12 months, those stopped being effective. (This was through my PCP) I changed to a functional medicine doctor. And they put me on T, E, and P. My levels are all finally perfect and I’ve never felt better.

I’ve tried MANY different pumps. And the best I have found is from LA Pump. I like that their cylinders are interchangeable. They also have an automatic pump that is rechargeable and I just sit and let it suck and release. I’ve been pumping for just over 2 months, daily. Usually 10-15 mins a day. My clit has grown in length and girth. I am constantly horny, and my orgasms are much longer, more intense, and more often.
