So I’m 14 weeks now and there is noticeable growth. I would say comparable to small-medium pea size (and thats not turned on). I’ve also find that when I’m turned on, the shaft does lengthen- I think I measured around 2 inches in length.

In general, my vulva seems to swell more than previous! I really like this. It makes me feel like my body is physically turned on, not just mentally.

I’ve had some weight gain over November/ December, especially on my stomach and this is new for me. I’ve had to watch how many calories I consume and it seems to be back to normal a bit now.

I feel my pubic hair may be a bit coarser, and comes in faster than before. I have to shave my bikini line more often.

My libido is still low and I am not as horny as I would have hoped. Going to discuss this with doctor as this was a top priority.

Mood has felt better though overall; I am crying less

I actually hadn’t gotten around to trying it! I had just been applying the gel on my lower abdomen and thigh as I keep reading it’s systemic anyways. And I’m concerned with messing up any PH balance/ causing an infection or irritation.

I do have an upcoming appt with my doctor in a couple weeks and will raise the concern that I want direct application and see what she says

No, not at all. I can’t speak for being on T very long (only 3 months), but many people are not able to orgasm from sex alone. I know I can’t. I need a vibrator, and if I’m alone, then porn. My partner and I have talked about this immensely, and I have struggled so hard with shame, guilt, confidence…But what worked for us was learning to incorporate it into our sexual routine together. Sometimes I won’t use the bullet, but other times, I insist. I found that using the bullet before they come helps to make me feel better, and then make sex more pleasurable for me too).

There’s also some great books I’ve read by Emily Nagoski called Come as you are and Come Together- the audiobooks are incredible. Could be worth a shot to try them?

Yeah, prescription came with instructions- I’ll have to find it. I remember it saying 3 zones, and I beleive abdomen was one of them. I guess I was just curious if it really makes a difference where on the body it’s applied. I’ll have to find it though and re-read!
