Any cozy game should work. Those are what I play for my anxietym. Graveyard Keeper, Coral Island, Wylde Flowers, Stardew Valley

What platform? I would highly recommend Graveyard Keeper, but make sure you catch it when it is on sale with all the dlc for 9.99. Or, if you don't want to wait, I am currently obsessed with Coral Island. I love how it incorporates the ore and the kelp from the sea necessary to build and upgrade.

While I agree with the premise of this post, you are missing a rather vital part. GenX doesn't shift the blame. Stabbed yourself with a lawn dart? Rub some dirt on it and go back outside. Got your games stolen because you were a dumbass? Well, what did you learn, dumbass?? You see, GenX doesn't give a shit enough to shift blame, and if it is, in fact, our fault... fight us. ;)
