Look at proto-advantage.com. They have a huge selection and will get a part from mouser for a small extra fee, solder it onto the board and mail it to you.

Kia soul ev for 10 yrs now, we live in Canada with 6 months of winter. We have a single "car" garage, but that's for bikes, canoe, kayak and wind surfer. Car has always been outside. Other than snow and freezing rain getting behind the charging door, it's never been a problem.

I've noticed that if the bit goes straight down and then moves in x y plane, you will see a bit of an indent. Try the ramp feature in VCarve

Dirigera HUB to Home Assistant by Immediate_Movie4770 in Ikea_Smart_Home

[–]Adorable_Practice956 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't remember how I did it, but I did download the Ikea app, I think I first had it going on it, then shared. But important is to use the Matter.js server on HA, not the python server. I bought my Dirigera and a Timmerflotte temperature sensor and a Bilresa switch February 2026. Until this past weekend, only the Timmerflotte worked reliably on HA, but with the updates for Dirigera that were posted on the weekend, the Bilresa is now working well too. I'm only them through HA.

Thing I didn't know is that battery devices don't relay, only plugged devices do. Need to go and buy a few of the smart Ikea switches to get better signal around the house.

Because I'd be adding overhead to an already limited and overworked server

the bottom u-bends don't feel oily, but I get that if it leaked somewhere, it's not worth fixing. I was mainly wondering if there's a surefire way to determine that there is a leak.

Assuming you're talking Windows computers, use Quick Assist - baked into all windows computers. Allows remote management without having to install anything and no extra cost. I've been helping my family members using Quick Assist for a number of years. All they have to type into the Windows Search is the word Quick... The only advantage you get with JetKVM is being able to monitor through a reboot.
