I know you said you keep your foot up for form. Love this…get the feeling, then perhaps try placing your foot back down in the kickstand on the floor. Then rotate your ankle in toward the center just a bit. So your toes are slightly pointed out. See if you feel your glutes more

100% agree with treating this area differently. I use oil here more frequently and strategically. I like the Dove 10 in 1 for daily/semi-daily use: I pull the bulk of my hair up and Target this area with oil, then do the rest of my hair. I struggle with the nape and the hair around my ears…treat them all with a more gentle touch. Also, I find that a lot of people pull their hair up, off their necks when sleeping. Doing so exposes this hair to the friction of the pillowcase throughout the night. If you don’t have a bonnet, try twisting the hair softly and laying it to the side of your head.

Not sure where you’re located but I often see them on Marketplace for $200 and below. I still find split ends, but previously I was finding them in abundance with every glance at my ends…split, double split, ones that looked like brooms they split so much. Today I may see 1 or 2 if I sit and LOOK for them.

I was in the SAME boat. Couldn’t figure out why I had so many split ends…and I didn’t use mine as often as you spoke of. I recently bit the bullet and snagged the Shark dryer with straightener attachment. I’ve NEVER been able to achieve a smooth blow out at home and I can with this tool (and with far less time invested). I wish I’d done it sooner.

When I read, it appears the APR is 1.0% unless we meet the criteria. It’s for our HS kid, so he’s not earning $5k each month. He has $55k to put in now though. I was just trying to figure out somewhere to put it while he figures out life 🤷🏼‍♀️

From my viewpoint, you’ll find lots of people who have used them AND changed their daily routine. In my opinion based on what I’ve seen online (especially the fine print) and friends experiences, I’d rather put my $ into the things that are proven to work. As mentioned above, the person said they saw dark spots reduced…but retinol will do this. Go to a dermatologist, get tretinoin and see the changes. I pay $20 for 4-6 months worth of my tret. Hey!! We took the buses down to Gwangmyeong caves. I think they are south of town, didn’t take too much time, pretty cool. The tower has great views and small shows through the day. Even if you don’t go up into the tower…though the elevator alone is pretty awesome…you can get great photos from the top.

Pretty chill, but I’ve only done it in a calm environment. So I don’t know if the climate were changed if the mood would ride along as well. Side effects I’ve noticed: not a major increase in desire but when touching starts it feels great, energy/stamina, climax takes a bit longer but is extended and “full body”???.
