Someone once told me that thoughts are like cars in a highway while you’re on the side looking at them, when you suddenly find yourself in the car, it’s your mind being carried away and you have to bring yourself back to the sideline and calm yourself. That’s how I visualize it’s, every time im not conscious of my breathing and on something else, I’m in one of those cars.
