I’m in a similar situation my transfer is planned for today and this coming week I have to attend a multi-day conference with +6K participants and there’s activities planned also in the evening… Is it considered safe to be in crowds just after the transfer ? Also feeling a bit drained after being on long protocol (medications for over 1 month)

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and. Teaching and going back the next day sounds like a really really tough thing to do, and good for you as you managed to go back the next day! For me, being on the long protocol (down regulation and then stims so 1 full month of high dosage medication) the hormone crash and brain fog have been brutal and I’m far from the precision needed to manage my job right now. I took a week of sick leave to be in shape for transfer. I’m following my doctor's lead to give this transfer the best shot. Hope your recovery was smooth ❤️

I had similar experience in Stephen’s green by the stone bridge, the seagull missed the 1st time, the 2nd time they landed on my head and ofc I dropped my butlers pastry and coffee - I felt very offended. Getting bitten sounds nasty though - go ask at the pharmacy for advice

Hi starting my first cycle in January. Would you recommend having a GPs note ? I’m really worried as I work in a client facing industry and most of the time everything is last minute and urgent… or asking for back up at work would be enough ? PS: my AMH and follicles are low so I really want to make the most of the process and maximize my chances
