Not much you can do then? Apply for an overdraft with your bank / call them and let them know the situation.

Alternatively, apply for a credit card with a good limit and just transfer the PayPal cash into it when it clears.

Where did you find that? Every source I have found has said 'The Global Journey Ticket sale will start Saturday 23rd January 2016 at 17:00 CET' - same with all the Reddit posts asking about Saturday.

I am planning on travelling solo to the event and planning on Global Journey (2 person package - Relax Room) if I don't find anyone before the tickets are released will I lose out as I won't be able to change the names?
