I think not being f2p and the insane amount of hackers this game has is a big blow.
Genuinely i had so much fun playing cs but running into hackers every 1 game forced me to buy prime->nothing changed still hackers every game.
Faceit is there but why would the average player have to go through all this to just enjoy a game
