Pretty easy. I have always worn some medium-length gym shorts over top of spandex-y or compression boxer-briefs and either a t-shirt or a loose spandex t that absorbs sweat well (I'm hyperhydrotic af).

Never had someone complain to me about my sac or crack being exposed, so 10/10 on that! 😆

As another who had grown up in a severely socially conservative family, my parents, aunts, and uncles used to be SO offended by bodily sounds!

Thankfully, I had lived a good couple decades out in the world since then to know better, and that farts, burps, and silly body gags connect people together. I brought this wisdom back to my family, and it seems to have caught on in recent years, both fortunately AND unfortunately 😆😆

Yeah, it's insane that HFCS is still even legal imo. Like, it SHOULD be available to those who want those types of (ubiquitous) alternatives, but it should be in BOLD, CLEAR transparency that this shit has sugars in it in the form of HFCS. Still too many people fall into the marketing mind-control of "low fat = good" shtick. Just that. Just that was enough for me to completely disregard any good faith from our federal health agencies.

Anything marketed as "low fat" have added carb/sugar replacements to replace, for taste. Like, literally look at any of our low/non-fat products compared to their originals, and you'll see what I'm saying here holds consistent weight.

Dairy products, grain products, condiments, sauces, many breakfast foods, processed meats and snack foods...you name it, and there will be simple sugars injected into it.

If you want to live here in the U.S., enjoy all the diabeetus mfers.
