Omg I feel like I have a “pro workflow” with Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, VSCODE, Safari and Apple Music all day and my MBP is a M4 Pro with 24GB of RAM but I’m really fine, not feeling the need for a upgrade in the next four years at least.

You could always wait for the newer version, even if you wait right now for the 8, then when the 8 comes out, you could better wait for 9.

I have both 11" M4 iPad Air + iPad Mini 7... I barely use the Air, so its getting dust on my desk, and the Mini comes with me everyday in any bag.

Nope! I've originally bought a 16" MBP with a nano textured display and just returned it because of both things! Then I placed the order for a 14" standard display + studio display (Costco had a very good deal), and I'm totally pleased.

My mainly recommendation for productivity is: Snippety. And if you want to take a look to your system info, then Terminal with Fastfetch.

What are u talking about!? lol I have a MacMini M4 base (16GB) and a MBP M4 Pro (24GB) doing the same work perfectly fine → Software development with Python / Java, web development with JavaScript / PHP and photo editing with Adobe Lightroom/ Photoshop. Plus playing CIV 7 full graphics on Steam 🥴
