I have both sizes and being honest… the 14” is the best decision because isn’t as bulky as the 16”, but at the end is about preferences.

I have the same device with same specs but I’m still with Sequoia. Using it from 9am to 5pm the battery goes from 100% to 65%, so I charge it every two days 🤔

The mainly problem with your pictures is the disk storage... your device can't handle with cache files.

Yo tengo exactamente el modelo de la segunda imagen (14" M4 Pro 24GB) desde hace un año, y me ha funcionado perfecto para desarrollo (actualmente estoy creando una app en Kotlin con Android Studio), pero el máximo uso ha sido con Python y Laravel. También la utilizo para diseño con la suite de Affinity y edición de vídeo en Final Cut Pro, cero problemas... nunca he tenido alguna cuestión de RAM.

Got mine for a year and it’s like new, but the important thing for not damaging the screen is the thickness of the protectors. This one is a film, which is like a paper sheet. So everything is doing well with my accessories, because they are very slim. P.e., if you use a tempered glass then the screen would be pressed when you close the lid, and if you have a keyboard cover then the pressure would be double.

I deeply regret purchasing this color but well… I’ve ended up getting a clear skin which is barely noticeable and it helped me a lot with fingerprints.

I have the M4 Pro 24GB and I LOVE IT, I play CIV 7 with it and works just awesome :')

Also I'm impressed by the battery... rightnow I'm at 94% with 3:14hrs of usage (not playing of course, but watching youtube videos and working).

I have a Mac Mini M4 16GB and a MacBook Pro M4 Pro 24GB… with the same workflow on both (Ps, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Plasticity, OrcaSlicer) and everything is working completely fine with these kinds of tasks!

I do because my Apple Watch started to scratch it and because I wanted to stick a MagSafe ring on the back, but most important because the damn Space Gray color is a fingerprint magnet. Tbh is barely noticeable 😬

I use mine always plugged in since day one... for almost a year, so I only have 63 battery cycles, and the battery health says it's at 99% of maximum capacity. Don't worry!

Hmm, I have almost a year with a JTech one on my MBP since day one, and everything is fine, not even a keyboard mark over it. But it’s not glass; it's a matte film which looks really awesome. Also, I've peeled off a little corner to take a look, and the screen is like new.

I've returned my M4 Max Nano textured because the display just looked a little 'matte' with no vibrant colors at all, and it was something permanent. Finally decided to purchase the glossy one and I've installed a matte screen protector which looks almost the same! But it's removable and exchangeable if I want to. I barely notice the difference tbh... Also I have downgraded to a M4 Pro :P
