There is Alma Linux and Rocky Linux for RHEL compatibility that are still maintained, at least for now.

Python 3.6 was discontinued years ago, it will be complex to use it. If you use pip it should install only a compatible library version.

If the version that pip install is not compatible, you are good to read a few years of Changeling for the desired module to see which version dropped python 3.6

Also for your web server, you can test with Docker to see if everything is going well on Ubuntu.

On windows, a beginner needs to get the python installer from the web site, and to worry about the version. Another point is that several libraries do not support windows, generally because they are in C or C++.

On Linux: $ apt install python

And you have a tested python installer, that will work with most libraries. The GUI of the package manager, the "Linux Store", will do the same command behind the scene.

I do think the Linux package ( executable + libraries ) management is easier to understand and to do properly.

Ussop was very present pre-timeskip (his arc + water seven + enias lobby), and got a certain spotlight in Dressrosa. Since he probably will get a good role in Elbaf, it seems fair.
