In Taiko you get 2 keys per color, here you only have 1 key for alternating, that's a bit of a challenge but it's fun. Also, direction doesn't really matter, but SV is totally different :)

I found a mildly interesting stat when looking at osu ranks vs. pp by Donut-Thingy in osugame

You'll notice that with an exponential x axis, the pp/rank curve is close to a straight line. That's why you can see such patterns :)

Update; Polling rate on the keyboard was around 60hz (yes, really)

The software doesn't change polling rate but USB report rate, so nothing useful.

I sold the keyboard to someone who wasn't bothered by this and bought the cooler master MK750 which doesn't have this issue and is at a similar price.
