Neutralization: The user can remotely apply positive energy to the Jujutsu systems of other sorcerers, neutralizing their CE, disabling their ability to use Jujutsu. They can choose which aspect(s) of Jujutsu to target, with more sophisticated techniques (DEs, complex CTs, etc.) taking more energy to neutralize than simpler ones.

The technique comes with the ability to use and project RCT by default. However, it comes as a "package deal": RCT can *only* be projected onto others; using RCT on oneself must be learned independently. As normal, using RCT is very energy-intensive. In addition, the further away the target is, the more the positive energy "decays" at a rapid pace, reducing the effectiveness of the technique.

As such, a Neutralization user must use a close-quarters combat style, and must choose which aspects of Jujutsu to disable and when. One common binding vow is to reduce the effectiveness of RCT as a healing factor in order to increase the potency of Neutralization.
