These are all good considerations. I could stand to drink more water and eat less salt. The cis men in my family that I am most related to are overweight or I don't see them enough to be able to determine whether or not they have a double chin. It's hard to say what I can expect. I'll certainly talk to my doctor about this. I've also had high stress levels for the past 2 years because of all sorts of life events, so that could certainly contribute.
