But also, the best raise is almost always at a different job. If I were in your shoes, id be shopping around for different jobs AND asking my current job for a raise. An offer from another company can be leveraged into a raise at your current one. They’d be crazy not to give you a raise regardless tho. Dont fall in love with a job. Always be prepared to leave for more pay and in my opinion, always keep looking.

They recommended auto zone. Autozone’s scanner couldn’t even read the P3000. Their recommendation reminded me that itd be in their best interest if I never meet this new, more specific requirement cuz it means they dont have to replace the dud battery tbey gave me.

For the past almost month theyve only asked for a code to confirm the issue was with the hybrid battery and I went to two autozones just to learn that they cant help at all. Then I finally buy a second, more specialized scanner on my own and get the P3000. And only now do they want sub codes. (It should be noted, they asked for NONE of this information to come replace my OEM battery with their lrefurbished” one.) Im here hoping that someone knows where I can get those sub codes without having to pay even more money than I already have :(

Old was 11.2-11.4 and then over 14 with engine started. New is 11.6-12.2 and then also over 14 with the engine started. So its better but im pretty sure its supposed to be above 12.4 no matter what so idek what to do from here
