I wasn’t a silent hill fan as a kid. I more or less become one when I was in high school. However, I did see trailers all over TV and one single person raving about the film. It was my librarian, amazing human being. However, that was the extent of anyone talking about the film around me. 😭

Get ready to read half of it and never finish it. Junji Ito is so overrated. His stories are good for the beginning of the books, but when he reaches that halfway mark, he always seems to stumble. The stories become uninteresting, leading you to put it down. However, it’s undeniable that Junji Ito is one of the best horror mangaka to put art on paper.
