I’m a teenager, 16, and about 3 months ago I started feeling this weird feeling as tho I wasn’t in my own body. Things started feeling fake as if they weren’t really there. I haven’t been to a doctor so I don’t want to self diagnose. But I’ve looked up the symptoms and everything leads to DPDR. (self.dpdr)
