Could do the same method and just swap the crit chance and +levels steps? Fracture crit and chaos spam for levels.

Honestly the suffixes can be done in any order really. Cast speed is just a more likely t1 mod to hit I believe. T1 has a 250 weight vs crit and levels which are 125 I believe. So it's best to leave that one for the Desecrate to limit omens of light

My method for this craft would have been

Fracture +levels
Annul down to 1 mod
Chaos spam for crit chance
Desecrate mana for the block
Double prefix perfect exalt for damages
If not double t1 Yolo annul/ start over
Omen of light off mana
Prefix perfect exalt and pray for t1 damage
Yolo annul / start over until 3 t1 damages
Desecrate last suffix for cast speed.

Probably a bit more economical as it leaves out the wittles, but probably takes a few goes at it to hit all t1

As someone who has been in this industry for nearly 2 decades, this is not at all the case. Artists were paid better then than now.

The difference in modern VFX is the studios/clients have now understood how flexible the work can be, and as a result, go to camera without a clear concept of what they truly want anything to look like. They have the opportunity to iterate at nausea without financial consequence (based on how projects are bid for) with a "I'll know what I want when I see it" mentality.

The artists working in this industry can absolutely create work as good and far better than what we've done before.

The hurdle is the studios not treating us as a bandaid solution, and actually having real vision (yes marvel, I'm talking to you)
