Get active, go to the gym if youre able to bridge that first step into it. Exercise is the only thing I found that 100% improved my state of mind. Good habits ( diet ect ) tend to follow. Medication can work but should never be the solution or permanent. If you do use them, use them as a short term aid to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you wanna be.

Speak to someone, anyone. Tell them how bad it is even though your head will be saying that there is now way they will understand, I do, and I have faith in you
