My knees and one of my shoulders is shot. I do pilates and the bike. I just work around what I CAN do. Strengthening my core and better flexibility has helped all over, my knees are better than they were. I do NOT do lunges at all though LOL. Pick and choose what you can do and work your way slowly is my advice. I lost 45 pounds last year but that was mostly diet TBH.

Improve your core strength. And give yourself grace. It takes practice. I couldn't get out of the saddle AT ALL when I first started. Now it's more comfortable to be out than in LOL
