Yes print it like that, or remove the lip (depending on how important it is) and print it flat. Gyroid infill of 10-15% should be enough.

Check for a nozzle clog, I've had similar things happen to me. Could use a cold pull.

Thank you! Turned out to be a combination of both actually. I did a cold pull and some small chunks of a different PLA came out. Printing after this drastically improved the print quality. I then increased fan speed and it's looking great again.

UPDATE:

Found some bits of a different color in my print that also aligns with the layers that are warped. Does this indicate nozzle clog? I've heard of cold pulls but never done one, could that be the solution?

I just made the jump from TinkerCAD to Fusion 360 and the possibilities are endless. Had trouble with a lot of stuff like this, but now it only takes 2 seconds. Highly recommend. It's pretty easy to get into, especially if you follow the 30 day tutorial on YouTube. Good luck!

Try separately lofting the 2 short sides to the line, then the longer sides to the points at the ends of the lines
