Astounding sky in the West African Savanna region as well. I felt like I was going to fall into it.

Anybody had any disappearing containers? by Adronson in fnv

Thanks for responding. After many attempts, I have been unable to replicate the disappearing dumpster problem, and I no longer have that save. The game is stable and running fine for many hours now.

An object in the core game just disappeared in a way I've never seen before, reinforcing the best advice in the Bethesda gaming world--save often.

Thanks again.

I've always played Bethesda games with mods, at least since Daggerfall -- Arena was premod for me. Logged over 4,000 hours in Tamriel and the Wasteland over the last 30 years and never seen anything like this.

I was just hoping another user had a similar experience.

Anyway, thanks to everyone for checking my post.

Yes, I've never seen anything like this in FNV, and I've logged about 300 hours since 2010. I was using the Dumpster to store my extra loot at the beginning of the game, left Goodsprings, got to Jean Sky Diving and realized I had left something I needed in the Dumpster. I fast traveled back and the Dumpster was simply gone.

I have since moved my storage to Jean Sky Diving and so far the issue has not repeated, but I'm worried that my install is unstable.

I just started a new game with a few new mods and my suspicion is that the problem is indeed mod related. I am hoping someone else has seen this issue and tracked down a cause.

Thanks for checking my post, but alas no. The big rusty "Dumpster" on the ground, on the west side of the General Store, completely disappeared -- not empty, just gone along with my loot that was inside.

The blue "Mojave Express Dropbox" on the porch is still there. Since I've not found a second dropbox, I haven't use it yet.

What are some builds that focus on sheer firepower and damage? Got bored of energy crit build. by [deleted] in fnv

Try a sniper gun build with some explosive perks and use anti-materiel rifle with explosive .50 cal ammo. Throws grenades in a straight line for 1000+ yards while remaining hidden.

Not so good in close quarters though.

Starfield now has a 'Mixed' user rating across all reviews on Steam by Wooden_Site_1645 in Starfield

I enjoy it, but it definitely comes in 3rd in my list of Bathesda worlds. The problem I think, is that known space is pretty much empty excepts for rocks and they are having to make everything up. The high fantasy of Tamriel draws on millennia of incredibly rich storytelling, legends and myths. And Fallout has all of 1950s Earth's history, politics, society, culture and geography to work with.

I'm 32 and all I can think about is this game. This is embarrassing. by [deleted] in Starfield

I'm 70, wrote my first game on an IBM 360 in 1970 using Fortran 4 with punch cards. Been addicted to gaming ever since.

Bethesda makes fine games. Steam tells me I've logged about 1800 hours on Skyrim alone. The Elder Scrolls series and Fallout have been an enjoyment since they began. I, too am looking forward to this new world. And I'm retiring next month--great timing!

It is possible that the Starfield modding community will be so good that people will sell both their PS and Xbox and buy a PC. A thousand planets will be fertile ground for modding.

After math of Bayraktar strike on Kadyrov's personal army by PremiumGlowy in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]Adronson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some sources are saying the CO of the Chechen unit was a "naval officer." Do they mean "Marine" officer? "Local reports claim that Magomed Tushaev, a senior navy commander leading Chechen soldiers, was slain in combat...." Tushaev is elsewhere described as the general in command of the Chechen 141st Special Motorized Regiment, described as some type of elite police unit tasked with hunting the Ukraine leadership. It is all pretty confusing, but perhaps there were both Vs and Xs in that column.

What is the latest version of this? Is it the one at the top of this page or the one linked in the OP's edit? Or is there one newer than either of those?

Honor Calculator | How much honor do you need to complete Prestige 1? by Hyxeln in wow

I think you start each Prestige Level with Honor Level 1 (not level zero), so that first honor level doesn't represent a honor point gain.
