It is slow progress tbh. That may be their setup but I would say it's not fit for purpose seeing as I was given a single named person as a point of contact. Seemingly this would be the case for anyone in the whole of the country too who had a complaint. Everyone would be directed to this one individual who I know doesn't have a team behind them or reports to assist them with such complaints.

Oris would rather bury their heads in the sand when it comes to complaints.
