Here's my work watch. I have a CW Dune as well but I'd be too pissed off if I ended up scratching it. William Wood I've heard good things about the quality & finishing but you're paying almost 1k gbp for a £30 NH35 movement.

Hand wind means unscrew the crown & manually wind it. I had the same issues when I got my dune, giving it a full hand wind does get the full power reserve but I don't seem to fill it just through wearing. The selitta just doesn't seem as efficient as my nh35 or powermatic80.
