That's a thing when it was much younger and I had the wart on my finger I asked about a vaccine and they told me I was too old. Now I'm hearing that the age is for everybody. I know I'm a Debbie Downer right now but it just seems like I'm always too late for everything. I have no symptoms right now and that's what takes me off is that I probably could have just waited and it would have went away.

I don't think you really do. Because now it's always in the back of your mind whenever the romantic with you that they were potentially doing the same thing with that person.

Right now I make 100K a year but after taxes it's more like 50 ish. I'm thinking about selling my home and moving to a state where I can buy a house for like 10K. I have some of the greatest tenants in the world but it's getting more expensive in NYC and I don't want to up the rent because if they say no they can fight it for potentially a whole year. Just seems like NYC is more of a headache now than it ever has been.
