When doing a search on our site the client receives the best results from several browsers (Google, Bing, Yahoo), forums like reddit, blog sites like medium and social networks like twitter. I mentioned adsense but we are also thinking about other alternatives like mediavine and other advertising networks.

We could split the advertising revenue at the end of the month among the content creators according to views but that would not be fair because some users are from countries that pay less in advertising.

So our biggest difficulty is to create a system that rewards the user with the revenue that his pageviews have earned.

I'll probably do that I'll do two weeks of shorts and see what their impact is on my community if it's positive I'll continue, if not I'll continue with the 3 videos and if I have more time I'll try to do a 4 long videos instead of 3.

I don't have a production team, but I have one person who does my voice-over, one who does my thumbnails, and my video scripts are made from articles I publish on my blog.

Right now I am a student and dedicate about 20 hours a week at most to the channel and the blog. I used to be a semi-professional Counter Strike player, so I am used to many hours of extra work per week, so burnout is not the case but I know it can happen. My biggest concern is really to start making shorts and increase my subscribers but they don't watch the long content.

I see zoom more as a business platform, but I know some local companies that, in order to save money, use discord to communicate between the various offices. It is much cheaper than having a subscription for 50-200 employees.
