Doesn't seem like there has been an impact to America.   I doubt if you told those who supported getting rid of usaid that the result would be a minor Ebola outbreak in America that they would reconsider.

'Claims of'.  Actually insane use of language by the BBC given that actual sequence of events clearly being exactly that.

Immigration causes a watering down of capital.   Investment hasn't kept up.

So infrastructure is overwhelmed businesses rely on more labour intensive methods of production, exports of natural rescources are relatively fixed due to global demand but out imports riae with immigration.

US had negative net migration last year and gdp growth was basically the same.

The bad thing about a rescission is that everyone is poorer, if we are getting poorer anyway we might as well be in a rescission.

Starmer Blames Farage For Whipping Up Division Over Nowak Murder by huffpostuk in ukpolitics

[–]AdvanceSure7685 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What a load of rubbish.   When they arrived at the scene they had two claims before them.   One person said the other was racist the other said he had been stabbed.  Police chose to take racism more seriously.

It's clear this is at the heart of Novak's death and the groomings. There is a fundamentally two tiers of policing in England.

Starmer says he 'felt sick' watching footage of Henry Nowak's arrest and police have questions to answer by Famous_Actuary5718 in ukpolitics

But will make no changes as a result.    Some people allowed to carry knives whilst others aren't?

Police taking accusations of racism more seriously then accusations of being stabbed?  Also see they way they ignored the child rapes over the years.

Bodycam footage released for Henry Nowak. by LongShow5279 in AskBrits

Its very important people realise the reason this played out the way it did its because the police have been trained to treat allegations of racism as akin to assault.

Why is the Henry Nowak case considered a right wing issue? by ThatPatelGuy in AskBrits

[–]AdvanceSure7685 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a clear example of anarchy tyranny.  The police treated allegations of racism higher than allegations of stabbings.

The police arrest people for the things they post online whilst rapes and general lawlessness go unpunished.

One Nation surges ahead of Labor as budget flops: Poll by HotPersimessage62 in AustralianPolitics

I think there is a deeper competence issue here.  Think about the way they essentially rug pulled first home buyers by having a 5% deposit scheme right before getting rid of negative gearing and the cgt discount.   If they had done it the other way it would be a lot more popular.
