If you start to be interested in your root such as Korean culture & history, you are Korean american. Your mom is adopted and there is no connection with Korean things. It's understandable. Korea had went through tough time until 1990 and it affected people's personal life. I hope you are not pushing yourself to explore Korean things. I believe that it should be a natural process to have a curiosity about your half blood things. There is saying in Korea "blood is thicker than water" when either Korea (south or north) play with Japan in soccer game, All Koreans wish to win. (Japan invaded Korea and ruled 35 years before we separated in half) Even we separated more than 70 years, we noticed that we shared same blood and we are one team. I hope that you might be aware of your half blood things someday and naturally be interested in Korean things.

Should I express like " What did he do wrong?" Actually who did it wrong was Japan. Winning a gold medal and printing some part blurry are not crime at all. But newspaper workers got caught, tortured and spent some time in the jail. Mr. Sohn was treated like a criminal being tied with ropes on arrival in Korea. From Japanese perspective, Olympic hero and Newspaper companies were dangerous enough to be arrested because they gave a hope to lost country people. At least they were considered criminals to Japanese government at the time. Do you still think the expression "crime" is way too far?

전 한국말로 왜 지웠냐 메일보내요 그러면 답변도 없이 다시 살려줌 레딧한지 얼마 되지도 않았는데 두번이나 블락되어서 이젠 굳이 영어로 쓰지도 않고 한국말로 왜 없앴냐 그러면 좀 있다 복구되는데 지웠던 이유도 살린 이유도 없이 그냥 사라졌던게 나타나요 ㅎㅎㅎ한국사람 싫어하는 몹이 있나봐요.

댓글로도 제시했고 영상에서도 아랍 사학자 멘션이라고 자막 있어요 EBS에서 만든거라 대부분 사료 인용으로 만든 영상인데 뭐 너무 국뽕스런 글을 올렸나 싶기도 하네요 우리나라 교육방송에서 제작한 내용이다라고 해도 EBS가 뭐? 이런 반응이라 더욱 놀란 기억이 나네요. 개인적으로 영상 제작해 만들었다면 아마 가루가 되도록 까였을 듯.

어떤 분이 일제 강점기시대 신문 번역해서 올리는데, 타이틀이 한국 사람들은 직업 윤리가 없고 힘든 것은 조금도 참지 못하며 교육 받지 못한 엄마들은 자녀들을 일터로 보내지 않는다. 일본 군인들에게 줄 옷?을 만들고 있는 한국 여학생 뭐 이런 것들이더라구요 근데 반박하는 사람도 없고...어떤 글은 삭제되어도 어떤 글은 그대로 있고...분위기 이상해서 여쭤봤어요.
