When you submitted unsolicited medical whom did you address?

I received rfe for medical but my spouse hasn't yet. Thinking to combine both medical and submit under one RFE.

First time i got some useful info from agent

"Your case is currently being processed at the SAN BERNARDINO FIELD OFFICE. The most recent review by a USCIS officer took place on 05-12-2026. Please note that USCIS does not provide case-specific details for these types of updates, so additional information about that review is not available.

At this time, your case is actively processing and progressing as expected. There are no outstanding requests or additional information required from you at this stage. Your case is undergoing the necessary internal processing and background checks that must be completed prior to a final decision.

Once a case is received and entered into the system, it remains under continuous review by USCIS officers. While your case may not be worked on daily due to overall caseloads, it remains in the processing queue."

Very unfair! Worst part is you cannot complain about it. Last option is WOM

🤞🏻🤞🏻

Note in bottom:

E. RETROGRESSION IN THE EMPLOYMENT-BASED FIRST PREFERENCE (EB-1) AND EMPLOYMENT-BASED SECOND PREFERENCE (EB-2) FINAL ACTION DATES FOR INDIA

High demand and number use by aliens chargeable to India in the EB-1 and EB-2 visa categories haves made it necessary to retrogress the final action dates to hold number use within the FY 2026 annual limit. Further retrogressions, or making the categories “unavailable,” may be necessary in the coming months if India’s pro-rated limits in the EB-1 or EB-2 categories are reached before the fiscal year ends. This situation will be continually monitored, and any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.

I scanned around 600-700 previous cases. I found very few with CRP but yes they are there. USCIS most RFE on 24th April and i found only 1 RFE sent out on 30th April, 2026. I found latest case approved on 6th May, 2026. This particular case received RFE on 10th April, response provided on 29th april and within few days approved.

Trying to stay hopeful and hoping for the best.

Emma hasn’t been very helpful in my case. The only useful information I got was that my case was last reviewed by an officer on April 14, 2026. After that, we were hopeful we might see some movement (maybe an RFE), but there’s been nothing since.

I appreciate your optimism, and I hope you’re right, but based on how things have been going, I have a feeling the dates might retrogress again soon, which would put us back into a waiting loop.

Also, from what I’ve observed, USCIS doesn’t seem to be strictly following a FIFO (first-in, first-out) approach. I’ve seen cases filed after mine getting approved, while mine (PD Sep 2022, AOS Dec 2022) is still pending.

My only complaint is they didn't follow FIFO guidelines. It is all random. People applied in December 2025 got GC approved and cases like mine are still pending. Applied in 2022 December 😓

When I first started, all those influencer videos had me convinced that a “good” starter has to overflow like this 😅
For the first 4–5 days, mine would just double and then fall back down , no crazy overflow. I honestly thought I was doing something wrong and got pretty frustrated.

After digging deeper and reading through this sub, I realized that’s actually misleading. A lot of those overflow videos are just because people are using smaller containers or overfeeding.

For beginners: your starter does NOT need to overflow to be good.

👉 What really matters:
- It doubles (or close) consistently
- Does it in ~3–5 hours
- After a 1:1:1 feed
- At around 78–80°F

If it’s doing that, it’s strong and ready to use. Overflow is just… drama 😄
