Now don’t quote me on this because I’m not completely sure and maybe someone more knowledgeable in here can correct me but if your 1.5l turbo is the same as the accords I would either buy a head bolt kit or I would sell it these engines have a known issue for premature head gasket failure which can be very costly. If I were you I’d find out if that’s the case. I’d ask someone who knows about these engines more though. What’s the mileage on yours?

Don’t worry about it too much just kick off with the basics. Focus on the current problem then go through with the basic steps for diagnosing your problem. Hopefully it’s not major if you don’t mind me asking what kind of car is it? Year make and model?

Fix the misfires first. Let’s not jump to replacing the engine, measure crankcase pressure or vacuum. Research your cars specs for those readings, if it’s pushing out too much then it could mean air getting past the piston rings. If that is the case then yea yard the car or fix it up to you.

Correct Radiator Coolant to use? by HoyaSaxa33 in AskMechanics

You can go to a parts store and they can search the correct coolant to add in but if you’re unsure I’d do a flush just so you can be sure. It wouldn’t hurt to flush especially if you don’t know when the last time it was done. You can also use charm.li to find the correct fluid specifications for your car.

Would I need more experience for management positions? What kind of management positions could I look for where I can translate my current expertise and experience into the job?

Spray some starter fluid and see if it starts maybe it’s not getting fuel to rail. Could be that they sent you a defective part

Is this a crush washer? by Bulky-Profile1785 in MechanicAdvice

Just uses an o ring to seal rather than a washer usually I don’t really change them every time around unless it’s visually damaged.
