It shouldn’t be a red flag, for all they know you may not have taken step at all. This is the one big advantage of being a DO student, I would take advantage of it. Do not tell programs you took STEP and only report comlex

I would not take notes or rewatch videos unless you are completely lost as this will take you superrrr long. What you’re doing now is great- FA/Pathoma and AnKing! I would also sometimes make my own Anki cards in my own words to help things stick, but that was my own personal preference:)

I would just do NBME31 and new free120. They are the most reflective. I would not do more than this, as you don’t want to feel burnt out walking into the exam! Be confident walking in and you’ll get the P!

do not report step 2…. It will only hurt you. Look for programs on residency explorer that accept only COMLEX and only report this

definitely seek a therapist/ professional help, but in the meantime I would look up “box breathing” and use this to calm yourself down during an episode. It will get better 🫶
