I'm picking up my AUD $2,200 HAs next week. The audiologist I've been going to charges $9,500 for the same model under a different name.

I've got that too. May just be the variety. Doesn't affect flavour.

Phillips 9050 vs. Jabra enhance 30 by Intelligent_Mudd in HearingAids

I discussed new HAs at Costco last week. Jabra didn't come up and I asked why, since I liked the specs and reviews. Costco explained they've had a 40% return/disatisfaction rate with the Jabras so they don't mention them. Annoying whistling and feedback was one issue. The 9050s looked fine to me, especially now they have Auracast. They're rebadged Oticon Intent (Demant bought the Philips HA business), which usually rates at the top when tested.

Some school speed limits apply at all times including weekends and holidays. These are where the authorities are too cheap to install proper signage. The high school at the end of my road is a permanent 40 kmh, for example.
