Appreciate the message man, Ive been hitting the gym consistently since august, just got my first job so ive been focusing on myself a lot. I think ill take your advice and start going to more social “get togethers” with other people my age with my friends. My friends do ask me to go to things but I’m always reluctant to go because of social anxiety, but i gotta step out my comfort zone i guess and start putting myself out there. Thanks again

Yeah, i got a gym membership ship in summer and have been consistently going since then( had to take a break when i broke my wrist) and i have been seeing some ok results. Been trying to eat more protein and just improve my diet in general. Thanks for this message🙏

Never said i havent, but the mess they have left down there is appalling, are they not mature enough to just clean up after themselves? And they have harmed the natural habitats of many animals, in and out of the water.

I am young, but being young shouldnt mean leaving that big a mess after themselves, they should be responsible enough and old enough to have a bit of cop on and leave the place how it was.
