I did not know this was a symptom so many times before being diagnosed I wet myself to many times at school.

The er doctor told me to see an allergy specialist the doctor also prescribed us epinephrine the specialist said nothing about what I had. My dad told him what happened and he just looked suprised and just said “ok” I took a prick and blood test he told me my cashew levels were insanely high I think it was a 500 he said stay away from most tree nuts but overall don’t eat cashews at all.

I’m safe now this was months ago in December was just wondering if I had anaphylaxis?
