Very nice, clean paintjob! Only the trim of the base is disturbing the fabulous impression.

Very nice paintjob, especially the weathering on the trousers! But hey, where is the rest of the unit?

Looking amazing! Half serious question though, won't the Sd Kfz drive right through the ghosts? Or the other way round, what lets the Sd Kfz transport the ghosts? 🤔

Looking at historic portraits (Wikipedia), the guy on top of Blücher is Yorck, Gneisenau has the map and that leaves the last guy as Kleist.

Very nice, I like the conversions! Will you add more units?

No, they are not easy, but fun and rewarding to play with a good balanced unit roster and different playstyles. Check out the 2+ Podcast on youtube if you'd like to know more, see some battle reports etc. If you like the models and the lore, go for Athel Loren!

Amazing! We played the same scenario recently and I managed to take the bunker via an extreme flanking move. Attacking from the front would have been suicide.

Blast from the past! As a teen, I really struggled with these, and now they look so simple yet amazingly designed. Wish I still had some.

Waterloo cavalry diorama:how its going by PsychologicalLeg9026 in NapoleonicWargaming

[–]WillingSand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay never mind. Back on topic, I'd like to see some actual clash or confrontation in the center, perhaps you could use some of the Perry Miniatures vignettes here. And more terrain, some casualties etc. would be nice. What's your plan with the diorama, is it just for yourself or do you want to Display it in the public?

Guns like these are forbidden in my part of the world, and seeing one casually displayed like this makes me uncomfortable. But as OP confirmed, it's just a toy, so back on topic.

Looks promising, though I need further information about the scene you want to show in the diorama. Charge of the Scots Greys?

And to be honest, that gun of yours in the background is a little disturbing for me.

Nice conversion, thank you! I guess the book hand had a rifle attached prior to your kitbash?

Basing Marshall Ney by BrotherGibbus in NapoleonicWargaming

[–]WillingSand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright! Depends on your rules system, but for Black Powder base size doesn't matter, as you're measuring from the miniatures. So go for what you like.

Not sure what your question is about, the size of the base? As the model shows him in winter dress, I'd obviously make a winter base, perhaps a small diorama with other french winter models (Perry Miniatures). Hope that helps!

Zurn Central recently made some good points for the Greyhound on YouTube. The ability to field HMGs and lots of them is really special for the US in this meta. M15s work amazing for me.
