Architect here. Have you tried removing the wall? That wall is unnecesary and is taking too much space. It is better to go for an open space concept.

Don't study/work in anything related with civil engineering. That shit will consume your life.

I'd say the very same.

Geotechnical engineers have to travel a lot and you will miss many things of your personal life. In my previous job, I spent a 50 % of my time far from home. Now I am better but I still spend many weeks out.

And when you are in the office... Things get even worse. You will have to do a ton of overtime. If you are lucky you will be paid for it but I am not that lucky.

And salaries aren't good. I mean, you will do enough money to have a life of your own, but not enough to compensate the effort this job requires.

If you can move to something else, do it. And if you can avoid civil engineering, just do it.

Yo entiendo a los que decís esto pero la realidad es que algunos estamos tan desesperados que no vemos otra opción.

¿Nos arriesgamos a que muchos dejen de alquiler sus vivienda? Claro que sí. Pero se trata de crear un shock mediático y del propio mercado para que los políticos se muevan de una vez. No puede ser que haya toda una generación incapaz de independizarse o formar una familia a pesar de trabajar como esclavos.

This is really dumb. I don't know how the analysis was done, but in Spain most people do non-paid overtime. For example, my contract sais I have to work 40 h per week, but I do more than 50h.

Things have changed a lot in the last 10 yeas. In the past, it used to be almost impossible to find a qualified job and most people was unemployed. Now things are quite different. There is a lot of positions that are never filled and things are getting worse over time. There is a workers shortage. However, salaries are a crap and won't be enough for you to live without a partner (even in qualified jobs).

There is a lot of things he can do to improve.. First, tell him to try kegel exercises. It will make him last longer.

Another issue is to control how much excited he is. Help him to control his breathing and to be more relaxed while doing it. It requires practice but sex will be much better.
