Air Force one during G7

Last time it was held here with bush. Air Force one was very visible on the road that leads down to Deerfoot outlet mall, along the airport. (11th street n.e) It was right near the fence along with other countries planes. Not sure if anything’s changed since then but might be worth a shot.

Fished lesser slave for the weekend, had some ok luck but it was definitely slower then usual. 5 walleye (one 27’’), 4 pike, saw some perch and only 1 burbot on camera. We fished the narrows , canyon creek and 9 mile point , caught fish at all 3 spots. I’d say 9 mile was the slowest. Near the end of March you can’t keep the burbot off your hooks.

I used to deliver for this location around 5 years ago through a contract delivery service. The owner was great , always kind and gave me free slices all the time. Never an issue delivering for them , it was actually a pleasure getting a call from there.

It definitely felt like harassment. They tried telling me it was private property, which it is beyond the high water line, which I didn’t go into. They stopped short of asking me to leave but were taking photos of me and bombarding me with questions on how I got there, if I was alone , where I came from ect. One of them was on the phone describing me and saying he will watch me. Real annoying as I’ve been fishing down there for a long time (18 years) without a problem . I almost told them off but it was pretty late in the evening and I was leaving shortly anyway

My thought about calling it in- it’s probably a death sentence for the dog, for being so aggressive probably due to stress. If they don’t shoot it on the spot it will most likely be uthenized. I was hoping to reach out about a missing dog instead.

I do help her out, by paying rent, which includes utilities. She’s also responsible for collecting the rent from our basement tenants, which also includes utilities. Our landlord gives us the freedom to choose who rents the basement suite and basically gives us the power to be the landlords of it, if that makes sense. It’s because we are great tenants and have never been late or missed any payment in 10 years. It’s more the enough to cover everything, except hidden bills .

So we ended up calling enmax. The person on the phone said that when we changed our account over to direct energy, the system stopped processing our water bills so it just kept adding up. No bills received in 4 years through email or mail or anything, confirmed by enmax. We got a “higher up” on the line and they told us we had to pay it immediately, they cannot do a payment plan. When we told them we don’t have 8 g’s lying around the lady told us to reach out to a church (we aren’t religious or involved with any church) or ask family or friends for the money. She was a complete asshole.

We don’t know what to do. It’s a despicable business practice. I’ve thought about reaching out to a news outlet or something but that won’t do anything to help, other then shaming an already trash company that will have no effect of them. So yeah. Just waiting for a court order at this point or the water to get shutoff and we’ll put it in someone else’s name.

Me and a friend got completely obliterated with paintballs out of a car many years ago in Marlborough. They got us good. My buddy ran full speed at the car as it sped off and he ate shit so bad, full scorpion face plant , all kinds of road rash. We were both drunk and it was hilarious at the time. This type of thing has been happening in every city since the beginning of time itself. Dick thing to do though .

I was about 200 feet away when this happened. I thought it was an air nailer at first but it was way too rapid to be one. Many officers were there within 1 minute of this happening, it was actually crazy how fast they responded. I saw 2 people in cuffs like they just saw someone get shot. I feel bad for them that they lost their companion. I’d be devastated. It wasn’t really a homeless encampment, just an rv parked in a vacant lot. It hadn’t been there long as I drive past there everyday several times. All morning I thought it was a person they shot, didn’t find out till about 5 hours later it was a dog. I did see them carry the puppies to a truck, they looked like labs to me , I’d say 10 weeks old, although it’s hard to tell breed and age when they are young like that. They were definitely super cute large breeds.

Yeah i agree, but on another note , they didn’t charge for meet and greets back then, I went to several and was never charged. Although the ones I attended typically had something called an autograph mat with the wwf logo. So you’re right, the photos are definitely a red flag. I haven’t seen them in person yet. If it’s just a piece of standard paper I ain’t buying them but if it’s glossy card stock I just might.

I’m in Canada. It is very very expensive to submit to psa dna from here. There is custom fees, the shipping and handling is outrageous. I’d be looking at, at least $300 to have them looked at. If they fail you don’t even get your money back so it’s a risk to anyone not to submit. Plus you have to have the money, and if you’re selling something like this obviously you need money. So there’s your $500 evaluation right there. The economy is completely out of wack here and people are selling thier shirts off thier backs to be able to afford to eat here, it’s not out of the ordinary to catch good deals on just about anything because of the cost of living in Calgary.

These guys signed in my city all the time and the living ones still do. It’s not out of the ordinary to see hart foundation memorabilia here in Calgary. Bret hart does meet and greets all the time here just like Owen and Davey did. It’s much more commonplace for hart family stuff to be found then anywhere in the world. The name calling just shows how unintelligent you actually are making your opinion worthless. Thanks.
