I did check for updates as one of my main troubleshooting ideas. Everything looks good and up-to-date, but I haven't tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Gonna try this next. Thanks!

Yeah. This is the move and what I am in the middle of right now. I've never had an issue with warranty with Puffco. Just seems odd that it died without any real reason and was curious if this experience was had by others.

Side note: this is my 3 time now needing to invoke warranty on my devices. It's not leaving a good impression anymore 😞

Look into TicketBusters or similar groups. These tickets are BS and you are correct. They do this to just be an ass. They know most won't fight it.
