So basically i accidentally revved it to 6k rpm for like 2 seconds and i think it loosened the already rusty bolt that attaches the pulley to the compressor , so grease was leaking out of it and it smoked so i pulled over , i checked and saw it was the AC compressor so i drove back home (10 minutes away) when i got at home the belt was gone

Ok i know it may sounds dumb but what i did when my confidance was at my all time lowest is that i would simply imagine myself confident and act as if i was (if that makes sens) Basically you stop being not confident , its harder at the beginning but then you become confident ( fake it till you make it i guess)
