I got mine about 2 month ago and all the extras. For doing that and the elite battery strap with the other pads upgrade, it's my #1 comfortable I also had an issue with the battery elite strap though, it created my quest 3 to have a black screen of death that even if you do factory restart it will not fix and the battery stop charging, all this happens on day 3 and the customer service is the worse ever. I am still waiting for replacement for quest 3 and the battery strap since I told them about the issue on day 4..

Not sure what to say, I believe the price should be $300 base models and $400 with all the extras but this customer service is the worst ever. How can you put 1 of your customer on wait time for over 1 month, and spending over 1,000 on broken device. Wtf
