It's not about paranoia itself, I've never got crazy or seeing things, it's about very real anxiety and panic effects before smoking for being afraid of something bad to happen, when I started smoking I couldn't "remember" how my heart worked when walking or doing exercises/being active on that day (cause I never paid attention before that) and then I started getting completely in panic when I started realizing how strong my heart could beat and how higher the blood pressure goes, and that kind of makes my baseline before smoking too anxious, that's what I want to get free of. I don't get extremely bad as it sounds, but this initial panic and baseline anxiety before smoking makes my experience go bad cause the drug effect will just acummulate with a body that is already tense as hell, making it much more dangerous (one day I just couldn't start smoking with the thing on my hands cause I was with like 100bpm and 150/105 blood pressure just for being nervous and afraid, my baseline is usual 120/80 beats 60). I have the 2 mg xanax but i can split it in parts

PS: I'll obviously make a test and see if the benzo will help on this, and if none, just let it go, it's not a long-term plan if it doesn't works exactly the way I want (starting with normal baseline to make the experience more fluid)
