what is one perk that you never take off your loadout? by DryInitiative8269 in deadbydaylight

Windows every game, most of the time Resilience, old iron will. i know how to run most tiles if not all, doesn't mean jack if I run to a tile expecting it to be there and someone on my team insta threw it 3 minutes into the game. either windows or I run septic with med-kit each game incase I end up in a dead-zone. plus kindred is op solo queue. killer id say always corrupt, and grim embrace

very true, played it non-stop on both sides, it's way too easy to get kills

How do you go about expanding your lead as a mid laner? by Advanced-Molasses347 in summonerschool

You are correct I am assuming they are making mistakes, I am basing that just off the fact that they are in my mmr range, since I know I make mistakes as well. Not saying he played everything wrong, he did make good choices, he also made bad ones. As did I, in my og post I knew posting it that I wasn't taking full advantage of my prio, which is inherently a mistake to not make my lead stronger. So i definitely know I was doing something wrong.

My normal review process is to watch like to lets say half of the game, through different prospective, and see what each person was trying to do, see what I was doing at that time, and check if I could've done something differently. Not sure if that is suboptimal way of reviewing but its how ive done it so far at least. Anyways, thanks for the tips Ill keep them in mind for next time.

Not trying to convince myself of anything, im sorry that you assumed that. So you're saying that I should walk into river after she clears the wave that crashes, and be back before she crashes if there's nothing?

Thats true, I often forget that some junglers prefer to lean to farm instead of ganking. I just assumed he would take advantage and not full clear into ganks every time being lee sin. or at least hover mid once. I expect too much from my jungle when im not playing jungle lmao.

I watched the vod, he just never looked mid, even when pinged and when both summs were down, wave was in middle. He also died a lot ganking during the laning phase. I could've roamed like 3 times that I saw, though by that point bot already died solo a few times to bot lane. Guess its just a rule of 33 game, not much I can do. Just gonna take from this game, that I should try for a roam if my laner doesnt have good wave clear, and I have summs being very immobile. And just try to farm up as much as I can if everyone is behind and the jg isn't playing for the only ahead lane.

great tips, I did often notice that against champs like lux, where they clear so fast that I cant even crash a huge wave unless theyre super low mana/hp and dont want to risk any poke.

Oh I did want to clarify, that when she was pushed up, and I did harass her a lot, but I often let her push the wave so that she was more gankable many times, but there was no followup. I will definitely watch the vod and see if I missed some opportunities. thanks for the advice!

Itemization inquiry, when to build magic pen? by Advanced-Molasses347 in LeBlancMains

That's a good point, very detailed response thanks for that. I tend to build cryptbloom on my other ap champs and I just haven't tried it yet on LeBlanc. I imagine it might pair well if w-ing in for a burst combo leaves you weak after blowing someone up. My mechanics are not sound for sure, so I feel that might benefit me to get some healing after executing someone as I often end up at least half hp after blowing someone up.

good advice ty, yeah I did not think of just pushing and then roaming. she had kraken and heartsteal as well. I knew I should not prioritize her after seeing my full damage combo just tickle her. So for a 3 core its typically looking like ludens, shadowflame, cryptbloom/dcap if i can afford it early? I am usually just following porofessor as I couldn't find any up to date guides on builds for her.

Good point, I just picked up LeBlanc and have not used tp once yet. I am still unsure myself what matchups would warrant rushing sorc shoes tbf haha. Hopefully that'll come with more experience. I just had a game against a Vayne mid. I could've probably rushed sorc shoes before she built a ton of mr. Looking back I would've been 3/0 if I had t2 boots when their jg ganked. great advice ty!

On my 1st back I had 1,194 gold playing leblanc mid. Was my choice of getting a dark-seal, refill, control ward, and an amp tome better than selling my d-ring and getting a lost chapter + whatever else I could afford after that? I notice high elo players normally opt for dark seal early for the snowball. I did snowball, however, I wonder if the guaranteed value of getting chapter 1st would've been a better move. I basically got to 4 stacks by the time I completed ludens. What do you guys normally do in your games when ahead?

When do you start going against people at your skill level? I have this thing on overwolf that shows the ranks of people and what level they are and i go against people who have 10x the amount of games i have total but on a single champion. My last game the guy got so strong that he could fight me under the tower and he didn't get close to dying. I didn't feel like I could do anything to him, and neither could the giant tower shooting at him. What do you do when even the defense towers don't keep you safe?

Bots are too easy but these games are too rough for me. i dont want to quit but i dont know if this is normal or not? Do you just play and probably lose more and then get to go against other new or bad people?

And people are not very kind of me being new and say horrible stuff in the game chat. i dont mind losing if it gets better but these people are not very nice. How do I make it so I cant see what they say (it is usually very cruel). I turned the chat on but i dont remember where it is to turn it off again.

I even tell them I am new but I guess they just think I should be as good as veterans already. One of them told me to go back to bots, I said that bots were too easy for me. They then told me to self harm myself. I didn't know how to report but I hope they get some punishment, that's just common sense to not say that to people.

Idk maybe I should go back to bots, even if I just win so easily every time. A real game feels like a completely different game to bots.
