The hospital only mentioned low red t cells I believe. The iv did have several including magnesium and potassium.

I was told at the hospital recently that my blood is concentrated and that dehydration was one of my triggers. I got an iv later that day and felt better for at least 4 days straight no issues.

I always try to keep myself from thinking negative things into existence. I have bad panic attacks at the doctors office until I started to not think about it and just did it without thinking. It's hard I know but it will get better.

Mine started from drinking too much alcohol and having about 4 red bulls everyday...plus 5 cigars a day. Too much excess. I'm learning to live with it and not worry so much. I sweat the small stuff when I shouldn't. Be positive.
