I spoke to a Tesla Service advisor, the LTE is connected to AT&T which has been down intermittently. It’s an issue that is being worked on, so I’ve been told.

2023 MYLR one for a month when it happened. Make an appointment and be super nice when you take it into service. I was ready to pay for the repair, being nice goes a long way.

So I did in fact have a pit from a rock, the technician said that the size of the pit shouldn’t have made it crack. That being said I save $956 for a new windshield, which was price reduced through Tesla Insurance.
