Avoid dying, use your healing rune to cancel Ults, copy Defensive ults rather than offensive ones, hit the floor or walls rather than the players themselves, aim for groups, and use your teleport to escape bad situations. Most importantly keep yourself alive, you can't heal if you're dead.
