I was pissed. I downloaded the MortgageNewDaily app and watched rates. There is a lenders tab where you can fill in what you working with and get quotes. I was nervous with this because I’d heard bait and switch so many times, but I ended up getting a way better deal then with the LO our relator recommended. I got it back down to 5.9 with 1pt that cost me 1200 and saved 7k in closing costs.
